NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE BY AUCTION OF REAL ESTATE BY THE BOROUGH OF PROSPECT PARK, COUNTY OF PASSAIC, STATE OF NEW JERSEY ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 21, 2019 AT 6:00PM

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13, Ordinance No. 2019-12, and Resolution No. 2019-083, the Borough of Prospect Park Mayor and Council has authorized via public auction the sale of Borough owned real property. A public auction for the properties identified above will be conducted on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. The public auction will be conducted at the Borough of Prospect Park Municipal Building located at 106 Brown Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ 07508. The property is to be sold “as is” at a minimum bid of $25,000.00.
