Board of Health 2019 FREE Flu Clinic Dates
FREE FLU SHOTS: The Prospect Park Board of Health will be sponsoring FREE Flu Clinics on the following dates at the Municipal Building (106 Brown Avenue):
- Tuesday, October 22 from 10 am - 2 pm
- Wednesday, October 23 from 10 am - 2 pm
- Monday, October 28 from 3 pm - 6 pm
- Tuesday, November 19 from 5 pm - 8 pm
Must be a resident ages 18 years or older. Any resident who is homebound or have any questions should call the Board of Health at 973-790-7902, ext. 533.
